Me and my friends had top service at this restaurant, where the menu is shown right on the till and the collection point is clearly marked. I nabbed myself a yummy Mushroom Pizza on the 5.99 medium pizza with 1 topping deal, accompanied by delicious cookies at under 5! We were all comfortable sitting in the store and the walls are nicely decorated, with displays about Dominos' history.
Great friendly service and staff could not be more helpful. Food was lovely and hot too. Chenai is a superstar and helped create a great atmosphere for the staff.
I would have given it 3 stars because although the food was nice, the order was slightly wrong. However, after I called to tell them about the problem the staff were very helpful and understanding. I went back and the service was perfect.
I knock off stars for anything that's objectively bad and isn't inline with my expected experience. This is a Domino's in England, so I'm not expecting the red carpet or even a smile, but I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. I ordered a pizza through the website on Friday night, pretty early. I went to collect it at the stated time and the staff member that greeted me was courteous and had a big smile on his face! He welcomed me into the shop with a loud 'Hello! How can I help?' and grabbed me my pizza ASAP and wished me well. The pick up was on time, the guy was friendly and I got what I paid for. The jovial and bright reception I received prompted me to write this review, as I don't bother writing reviews about fast food joints, usually!
We ordered a mushroom & ham, a ham & pineapple & a garlic bread. The delivery arrived promptly & piping hot & was delicious.
I collected my order and they missed off the stuffed crust. I didn't realise until I got home. I rang up and after an initial bit of confusion about replacing it. They delivered a replacement pizza and remained very polite and professional. A lot of places can easily make you feel guilty even if you are innocent. I forgive mistakes but massive credit where it is due they went out of their way to ensure I was sorted. Well done!
Needed to order 16 large pizzas for early pick up and so called and spoke with Harit who couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged everything so all I had to do was collect the following morning. Everything was freshly cooked, ready on time, and the team really enjoyed having Dominos for lunch. Thank you Harit and Team, it was great :)
